2012 CTC Kick-off Meeting Recap

CTC_2012_Kick_off_meeting

It was great seeing so many CTC'ers at Bike Authority for our 2012 Kick-Off meeting!  There are many great things CTC has planned for club members over the coming year!  We've still got two more indoor tri's this winter, we're planning another great training camp down at Mohican and of course there are plenty of training opportunities.  But that isn't all!

We've got a great list of sponsors on board for 2012, our Newbies program will offer numerous training opportunities and much, much more.  We're looking for 2012 to be a great year of training and racing!  For those that couldn't make it check out the agenda that has been populated with web links for more info...

CTC Member Meeting Scheduled for February 17th!

CTC will be having our semi-annual member meeting on Friday, February 17th at 7 p.m. at Bike Authority in Broadview Heights (get directions here).

Our member meeting is always a well attended event.  We will do some socializing, update everyone on club happenings and CTC member Jen Petkovsek will give a short talk about her experiences with a plant based whole foods diet.  Bike Authority has generously offered to provide snacks.

Bring some extra cash because we will be selling raffle tickets for a free entry into REV 3 Cedar Point!

We will draw the winning tickets after the St. Malachi 5 mile-run on Saturday March, 10th.  Don't have extra cash for the raffle?  Then renew your 2012 CTC Membership by the end of February, because everyone who has done so gets one free raffle ticket!  The first name drawn will get their choice of a Half-Rev or Full-Rev entry.  The 2nd name drawn will get whichever entry remains.

After the meeting we expect that many club members will continue socializing at BW-3, right next door to Bike Authority.  We are looking forward to seeing everyone on the 17th!
