Set for the weekend of August 9 & 10, 2008 at Headlands Beach State Park in Mentor, Ohio. The race will include a youth triathlon on Saturday for kids from the ages of 7 to 14 years old and then on Sunday the event will feature a sprint distance triathlon (Swim .5 Mile, Bike 15.7 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles), an international distance (Swim .75 mile, Bike 23 miles, Run 6.2 miles)  a Half Iron Distance (Swim 1.2 Miles, Bike 56 Miles, Run 13.1 Miles) individual triathlon and three person team relay triathlon. There will also be an Aquabike event (Swim 1.2 Miles, Bike 56 Miles) for individual trathletes and also two person teams. EXPO:  There will also be a sports and fitness expo on both days. Packet Pickup will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 9, 2008 TRAINING SESSIONS:  To support the multisports community in Northeast Ohio, Bike Authority (Broadview Heights, Ohio) in conjunction with the Cleveland Triathlon Club will host a series of three training sessions on May 24, June 21, and July 19 at 9:00 in Lot # 17 at Headlands Beach State Park.
