FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The new year is upon us, and we are looking forward to our annual Renewals and New Member campaign. It begins January 1, 2010 and lasts through March 31, 2011.

Here are a few frequently asked questions.

I have been a member for the 2009 season. So when does my membership expire?

It expires on March 31, 2010, regardless of the exact date you signed up. Our membership year is April 1 through March 31. All Club memberships expire on March 31.

When can I renew?

You can renew beginning January 1, 2010. Any membership renewed between January 1 and March 31, 2010 will be good through March 31, 2011. Look for links to our membership online and paper membership form to appear at www.clevetriclub.com by January 1.

What if I don't renew before March 31?

Of course, you can sign up after March 31. However, your membership will lapse between March 31 and the date you sign up, and you won't be able to take advantage of Club benefits in that time period.

Why doesn’t my membership just expire 365 days after I register?

By having a “membership year” with a single expiration date for everyone, we can better coordinate our new / renewal member drive during the slower, winter months, then dedicate our efforts in the spring and summer to coordinating all the training sessions, events, and other benefits for which you joined!

How can I renew my membership or sign up as a new member?

As we have in the past, we’ll offer you options to sign up quickly and easily online, or with a form you can print off the Web site, fill out and mail in. 

How much will the membership fee be for 2010?

It's only $25 – which covers basic club expenses including club insurance, and you get so much more from all the club has to offer!  Look for more communications in coming months on all we have planned. We are looking forward to a great 2010, and we hope you are too!
