East Side Indoor Cycling
Cleveland Triathlon Club & Twinsburg Fitness Center is proud to offer the opportunity for you to kick off your spring training now with the East Side Indoor Cycling 2011 - 2012 Series!
Cleveland Triathlon Club & Twinsburg Fitness Center is excited to bring triathletes and cyclists an indoor cycling conditioning program, using your own bike on a stationary trainer that challenges, motivates, and delivers results.
Join fellow athletes in this indoor program designed to improve performance, technique and strength, and get you ready for the outdoor season. You will work to increase your anaerobic threshold, muscular endurance & efficiency.
7:10 Set-Up
7:30 Start
Classes will be approx. 2 hours long
The class will consist of an on-the-bike warm-up, a structured workout (various intervals, tempo, etc.) & cool-down.
Required Equipment (All participants must bring the following to each class):
* road or triathlon bike
* stationary trainer
* water bottles
* a mat or towel for under your bicycle (FLOOR IS SLIPPERY AND THIS IS A MUST BRING!)
OPTIONAL GROUP SWIMS TO FOLLOW 45-60 MINUTES IN LENGTH.
Typical swim workouts are approximately 2000 yards with club members (no extra charge).
15 Sessions total from December through March(off Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and March 10th for St. Malachi Race)
