I have recently rediscovered my love for cardio/endurance training after many years of avoiding cardio at all costs and only occasionally lifting weights as a means of exercise. I've decided 2020 is going to be the year that I get back into shape and become the healthiest version of myself. Mainly focused on cycling/running at this time and I got my eyes on several duathlons in the summer/fall.
