I sit at a desk and program databases all day. Started strength training about 18 months ago. Still have quite a bit of weight to lose. Type 2 diabetes. Looking for good ways to work more exercise into my daily routine to help with weight loss and diabetes. Recently purchased a book on triathlon for beginners and am doing more research into it.
