Hanson training was good...race not so much

Glass still half full

 I felt as prepared as ever for this marathon using the Hanson training program.  Long story short - I just seem to struggle in these long running events.  Ran with Natalie in the first 1/2 but when we split, I stopped at the porto john and couldn't catch the group.  My feet started burning and I slowed to a shuffle.  But the one silver lining is except for drinking at the aid stations, I never walked.  A big thank you to Mark Durno for 'coaching' me.
